Head of Development

Hillingdon Swimming Club in London is seeking an ambitious Coach to lead and manage our Development Squads of approximately 200 swimmers to build on the success of our current coaching team. Start date September 2024 with some flexibility.

We require a suitably qualified, highly motivated and committed individual to join our successful Club. They should have a demonstrable and impressive CV in competitive swimming and experience of developing swimmers from a junior level through to County and Regional levels. This is a leadership role that will encompass responsibilities across the Club with hours worked at sessions held during early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The job holder will work closely with the Head of Performance and Head of Junior Section to deliver a pathway through the Club and lead and manage a team of Coaches.
