Jo John, Coach Development Manager
Manage the delivery of the Coach Development offer across the aquatic disciplines, focused within the Talent and Performance space.
Develop and manage the closed coaching programmes, Inspire & Aspire, workshops and opportunities to coach within the athlete pathways. Jo will work alongside the Discipline Leadership Groups, Swim England Regions and Counties and British Swimming to fully understand the needs of each sport in order to create a sustainable and progressive coaching pathway.
Lisa Wright, Coach Engagement Officer
Lisa will aim to engage and connect aquatic coaches, to help them to work safely and effectively at all levels of the pathway. She will also be a vital part of creating and maintaining digital content on AquaHub, and embed and support the delivery of activity that serves to raise the standards of coaching within the English system from the grassroots of our sport through to the elite level.
