How to buy Swim England Awards

Please be aware that from 1st January 2023 we will be introducing a new admin fee of £4.95 for all orders placed over the phone or by email.

Great news – you can avoid the new admin fee by making your purchase through our online shop.

The Swim England Online Shop

You can order Swim England Awards through our online shop, open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You will need to create an account to access most of the key features, but once set up it is easy to do.

The key features are:

• View past orders
  You can view all past Swim England Awards orders in your ‘My Account’ section, even if your order was placed over the phone or via email.
• Quick repeat ordering
  Quickly repeat a previous order by adding directly to your basket to save time. Within the basket you can edit how many of each Award you want, remove items or go back to the search function to add extras in.
• Reliable discounts
  If you have a discount on your Swim England Awards (see below for more information), you can be confident you are getting the correct price through the online shop as it shows your saving in the basket. Once logged in, the price shown on all products will be your personal price.
• Pay how you want to
  You can pay by Credit or Debit Card or, if you are setup on credit account already, you can pay by Purchase Order. We don’t store any card or account details on the Online Shop.

Customer Discounts

We offer a discount for customers who purchase a large volume of Swim England Awards from us over the course of 12 months.

We reward our long-standing customers as well with our policy based on awards purchased during the previous calendar year. Click here to view the policy.

If you are new to Swim England Awards, the only discount that we offer is for our member Swim Schools. These will receive a 5 per cent discount on all awards bought, automatically applied when purchasing.
