About Ruby Bower

Bower was one of the best divers in her age group from a young age, winning Platform gold in the Group C age group on her British Junior Elite debut in 2012.

She repeated the result in the Group B age group in 2014 before going on to compete for Great Britain at the World Junior Championships in Penza, Russia.

In 2016, Bower landed her first British Championship medal with Platform bronze, before finishing fourth in the Group A Platform event at her maiden European Junior Championships in Rijeka, Croatia.

She continued her progress in 2017, winning the British Junior Elite Group A Platform title before an impressive silver in the senior British Championships.
