Kyle Kothari has made rapid progress since winning Group B 3m and Platform gold, and 1m silver at the 2012 ASA National Age Group Championships.

A pair of medals at the 2013 British Elite Junior Championships was followed by selection to the ASA England Programmes team for the 2013 Trofeo Niccolò Campo, where Kothari won 1m Springboard silver in the Group B age group.

Further progress followed in the Platform event in 2014 as Kothari finished fourth at the National Cup in January, won silver at the British Championships in June, gold at the European Junior Championships in Bergamo then bronze at the World Junior Championships in Penza, Russia.

Kothari started the 2015 season in encouraging form, placing fourth in the 10m Platform at the British Championships in February before a shoulder injury disrupted his progress.
