Club Links is our programme aimed at encouraging closer working relationships between clubs and learn to swim providers, by introducing people in the upper stages of learn to swim into local aquatic clubs.
Affiliated clubs and pool operators can apply together for up to 50% towards start-up costs, for a programme of up to 12 weeks, to provide transition sessions across all aquatics sports which build on skills from learn to swim and give learners a taste of the ‘club experience’ in a safe and fun environment.
Club links funding can go towards coach and teacher fees and pool time to help with initial costs, whilst our Club Link Resources Pack provides useful template documents to support the set up and delivery of your programme.
The programme is for all four aquatic sports (Artistic Swimming, Diving, Swimming and Water Polo) and each programme will be tailored to the needs of the local club and pool operator, adopting a flexible approach to suit your participants.
For more information or to apply, please download the Club Links Programme – Application Form below or contact [email protected]. We do ask that both the club and pool operator are in agreement to run the programme before you apply, therefore please see below the template letters which can be used/adapted to approach a club or pool operator to support with those initial discussions.
