In collaboration with you Swim England will use the analysis to produce a roadmap for growth to promote long-term sustainability and growth. Pool schematics is designed to enhance learn to swim business opportunities. A technical aquatic manager will assess your pool and then design layouts aligned with the Learn to Swim Programme. This includes online support and staff training, ensuring a seamless transition to the new layouts. Detailed explanations and best teaching practices will equip you to deliver an optimised Learn to Swim Programme.
Swim England will write a Full Aquatic Review that can be incorporated directly into an Aquatic Strategy. The review will not only make recommendations but will present an action plan for growth, inclusive of recommended targets.
A desktop analysis of swimming provision with recommendations to help identify growth opportunities, quality improvement and future collaboration areas.
Designed for Swim England partners delivering any of the four Learn to Swim Frameworks, these bespoke and interactive workshops are led by a Learn to Swim Technical Aquatics Manager. The workshops can be delivered online or face-to-face and are 2 hours long.

Swim England will develop a teacher up-skilling training plan, presented in a structured format. The delivery of this plan will be individualised, as outlined below:
E-Learning – Learners study on their own pace online, it includes:
1 – Lesson Planning
2 – Adult Swimming
3 – Introduction to Disability Swimming
4 – Introduction to teaching the four strokes
5 – Basics of front crawl and the four strokes
CPD – 3hrs – Choice of selected Swim England CPDs to meet your workforce needs. Enquire for further details.
Learn to Swim – Online drop in session – = 1hr x 2 Sessions- Pre training plan meeting to run through the development plan, then post training plan to explain actions and further recommendations.
The teacher observation process is a supportive programme to enable International Learn to Swim providers to celebrate successes, identify areas for improvement and aid the creation of training and development plans for their swimming teacher workforce. To include the observation(s) of your chosen swimming teacher(s) and a report submitted to the requested manager. Expenses to be added for travel and accommodation.
Staff to access the Safeguarding CPD which provides an insight into safeguarding issues specific to the aquatics environment, how to deal with those concerns and how to access support and advice. Find out more information.
