Advanced Mobility Warm Up Exercises
January 1, 2017After the initial exercises to raise the body’s temperature and self-release muscles, swimmers should continue their warm up with the following advanced mobility exercises.
Ensure your swimmers complete three to five reps of each exercises before moving on to activate level 2, 3 or 4.
